The Marketing Committee manages marketing resources and coordinated sales activities, including initiatives that draw upon the company’s website, event library and channel marketing programs.
Steve Cooper, Principal at Agile Mid Atlantic and founding member of Agile Network, has been working with customers to reduce freight expenses and streamline delivery processes for over 28 years. Formerly Regional Operations Manager at Neopost, General Manager at Evcor and Vice President US Direct Sales at Kewill, Steve has helped hundreds of organizations gain control over enterprise transportation spend for the purpose of managing and reducing these costs. Steve’s domain expertise includes industries such as Retail, Aerospace, Medical, Industrial, Distribution, Chemical, and e-Commerce. Steve Cooper graduated with a BS in Marketing from Philadelphia University.
Richard Swallow, Principal at Agile Los Angeles, has 26 years of transportation software integration experience. Formerly Vice President at Source Information Systems, Inc. and Certified Solution Provider at Kewill, Richard has helped organizations identify critical issues and address complex problems with simple TMS solutions. During his career, Richard has provided solutions and services for hundreds of companies, including Deckers Outdoor Manufacturing, Solo Cup, K2 Sports, Kubota Tractor and ORMCO Sybron Endo. Richard Swallow holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Davis.

Robert Malley
AGILE SOLUTIONS GROUP CHAIR
Robert Malley is the founder and CEO of Pierbridge, Inc., a member of the Agile Network and principal supplier of the strategic software that powers Agile Elite and other Agile branded products. Robert founded Tracer Research and later served as CEO of shipping software company, Kewill North America. As CEO of Pierbridge and Chair of the Solutions Group, Robert leads a continuous effort to analyze emerging trends, identify inefficiencies, and develop solutions to optimize shipping practices.
Robert Malley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hobart College and a Juris Doctorate degree from Suffolk University Law School.

The Alliance Committee recruits and manages the company’s expanding network of strategic alliances, including carriers, technology providers, systems integrators and channel partners.
Noah Ostanik, Principal at Agile Pacific, has over 17 years of experience in the shipping and transportation management software industry. Formerly Sales Manager for Neopost and owner of American Systems Integration, Noah worked with organizations to gain visibility and control over enterprise transportation spending. During his career, Noah has provided solutions and services to hundreds of companies, including Starbucks, Sole Technology, Etnies Shoes, Qualcomm and Breg Inc. Noah Ostanik attended Mira Costa College.
Michael Eisner
FINANCE
Michael Eisner, Principal at Agile Network Canada, oversees sales and administration and is a seasoned industry professional specializing in Canadian compliance and cross-border strategies with over 15 years in the field. Formerly at Evcor Canada and Principal at CanLogix, Michael worked intensively to develop a compliance engine for Canada and became an expert in cross-border transportation strategies. During his career Mike has provided solutions and services for hundreds of companies, including BMW, GM, Mazda, Hunter Douglas, Energizer and Schneider Electric. Michael Eisner holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Craig Huskey, Principal at Agile Central States, is a seasoned TMS solutions provider and logistics integration expert with 25 years of experience. Formerly Service Manager at Evcor and Regional Project Manager at Kewill North America, Craig worked with organizations to identify critical issues and address complex problems with simple TMS solutions. During his career, Craig has provided solutions and services to hundreds of companies, including Colorado State University, Wesco International, Raven Industries, 3M and WebMD. Craig Huskey studied Computer Technology at Ranken Technical College.
Stephen Shier, Principal at Agile Mid Atlantic, has been delivering Transportation Management Solutions for 15 years. Formerly a Senior Systems Engineer at Evcor and a Regional Project Manager at Kewill North America, Stephen has provided transportation management solutions and services for companies in the Retail Clothing, Wholesale Clothing, Packaging Materials, Alarm Equipment and Publishing industries. Stephen Shier holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from West Virginia University.

CORRESPONDING SECRETARY
David, an Agile Network principal who directs our Ohio region, was previously a principal at EVCOR, and a VP of Sales with Kewill, David has over 20 years experience consulting with and implementing systems for hundreds of customers and partners. These include both private and public organizations in the retail, distribution, manufacturing, wholesale and technology sectors. David emphasizes a best practices approach to supply chain visibility and control, with a resulting reduction and optimization of his customer's transportation spend. David has a BA in Business and Marketing from Muskingum College.
