The process starts by working with clients to analyze operations, define requirements, and optimize solution offerings.  Technicians then move to develop use-case scenarios and design documentation. 

Upon approval of final specifications, the team proceeds with software customization, device configuration and the integration of legacy applications.  Once done, the team follows protocols to complete formal integration, systems and acceptance testing.
