AgileShip automates multi-carrier shipment processing from single or multiple locations, including warehouses, mailrooms, offices, stores, and depots—all from a single platform.  We provide fast, intelligent and consistent decision support to select the most cost-effective carrier service based on delivery objectives, customer preferences, and your business rules.  We authenticate users and restrict routing decisions to eliminate overspending on premium carrier services.

We automate all aspects of carrier compliance for package, LTL, and Truckload carriers, including weighing, rating, labeling, electronic manifesting, and waybill printing.  Destination addresses can be acquired from programs such as Outlook, contact managers, accounting or ERP systems, and then validated to avoid address correction fees and residential surcharges.  Because all activities are controlled from a central Agile server, your employees will use carrier services cost-effectively, accurately, and easily.

Export & HazMat Compliance

AgileExport verifies tariff classifications and licenses to comply with a myriad of increasingly complex international export regulations.  We help you avoid stiff sanctions, penalties, delays, and disruptions.  Agile accesses tariff classifications and licenses based on line item SKUs, automatically files Shipper’s Export Declarations (SEDs) with AES Direct, generates US Customs documents, assembles and transmits files for freight forwarder customs clearance, and then stores documents in a digitized format for regulatory filing and reporting purposes.

AgileHazmat’s enables certified dangerous goods personnel to manage hazardous materials data, classifications, and documentation formats.  We automate the controls you need to comply with Department of Transportation regulations.  We can provide you with a hazardous materials database, container types, manifests, hazardous materials labels—the support you need to meet regulatory requirements when you place hazardous materials into the stream of commerce.

Supply Chain Visibility

AgileView gives you complete supply chain visibility to inbound and outbound shipments including order, container, and line item detail.  You can authorize users to search this information on any field and obtain instant status for any in-transit shipment. Improved visibility on inbound shipments allows you to reduce safety stock and effectively schedule personnel in receiving.

You can set up alerts to notify you of specific events.  The data comes through EDI connections with over 800 carriers so that your information is up-to-date for any shipment, any order, any carrier.  You can proactively manage events to ensure that your delivery commitments are being met, avoiding costly charges and improving service to your customers.
