Settle

The Settle phase uses AgileAudit reconciliation tools to provide three-way auditing among actual shipments, carrier invoices, and incentive rate contracts—all from a single application.

We streamline your parcel and freight carrier invoice auditing, payment and claims processing.  AgileAudit includes the ability to assign cost allocations and perform GL coding mapped to your accounting needs.  Automating the settlement process provides greater visibility and reduces the cost of manually transferring and reconciling data from one system to another.  It’s all done with Agile.

Audit & Pay

Agile enables you to automate carrier invoice auditing and payment for all modes of shipment.  Our proprietary data research engine analyzes every airbill, identifies and confirms credits with your carriers, and electronically delivers an adjusted bill for payment.  Agile also interfaces with your GL application to provide seamless integration of payment functions and billing functions.

Claims

Agile monitors all claims including late shipments, manifested but not shipped (NPOS), lost shipments (NPOD), and damaged shipments.  With this information, you can respond to customer inquiries and adjust billing based on clear data from a single reporting source.  The data is available to anyone you authorize—customer service, accounting, sales, anyone in your organization, anywhere.

Exception Reporting

Does the carrier invoice match what you expected to pay for a shipment? Agile’s audit function compares expected cost calculated at time of shipping with invoiced charges calculated by the carrier and alerts you to discrepancies.  You can analyze the gap and determine the appropriate response without having to look at every line of every invoice and manually compare.  Agile does the work for you and you can focus only on those items which need attention.

Financial Reports

Our reporting function monitors all activity and alerts you to rating and incentive discount errors, double billing, residential/commercial adjustments, and unauthorized shipments.  You can have complete visibility plus the information you need to improve the performance of your transportation function, avoid unnecessary fees, and reduce expense.

Finally, Agile mines the data gathered in the execution and settle phases to provide up-to-the-minute information.  This data is fed back into the measure phase to enable revised planning.  The Agile approach provides continuous improvement which enables you to reduce your transportation costs year-over-year, year-after-year.
